PRE-SHELVING AREA

The Pre-shelving area is also located in the Copley East Stacks room. This area is important because it is where returned books are stored awaiting permanent shelving. If the SALLY catalog notes that a book is available and it cannot be found in its proper place, this is the first place one should look. If the book still cannot be found, bring the call number to the Reference Desk or Access Services, and staff will help find it.
