Distance Education - ERIC Document Request Form
    

This service is available ONLY to currently enrolled distance education students of the University of San Diego.

Copley Library receives microfiche ERIC Documents that are listed in the ERIC collection. The collection's electronic database lists an Accession Number for each item in the collection. ERIC Document accession numbers begin with ED... This form is applicable only for the "ED" items. To request a journal article listed by the ERIC database (those items with accession numbers beginning with "EJ"), please use the journal article request form.

A photocopy of up to 25 pages of the ERIC Document will be mailed to you. Some ERIC Documents are over a hundred pages, therefore we must limit the amount of photocopying. You do not need to return the photocopy. Be sure you provide your current mailing and email address below.
